Haas Lake RV Park Policies
Camp Site: Check in is
after 4:00 pm. Check out is by 3:00 pm. Early check in is offered
for a fee. Quiet hours are 11:00 pm- 8:00 am.
Site fee includes one camping unit per site. Maximum site occupancy
is 8.
Minors are to be supervised and at their site from 11:15 pm to 8:00
am. Children 12 and under should not be left unattended at any time.
Pallets and clotheslines are prohibited. No items are to be tied,
nailed or screwed to trees (ropes, leashes, decorative items,
plants, etc.). Do not alter any part of the campsite such as
shrubs, tree branches, fire rings, etc.
Please use dumping stations to dispose of gray and black water
properly.
Tent camping is not permitted in the campground.
Should you like to extend your stay, please let us know 24 hours
prior to your checkout and we will gladly check site availability.
Guests: All guests must register with the office or
front gate and purchase visitors passes.
Campers are responsible for their guests and ensure their compliance
with HLP policies.
Guests must exit the campground by 10:00 pm. Guests are not
permitted to bring pets.
Motor Vehicles & Bicycles: Mini bikes, dirt bikes,
4 wheelers, motorized or electric scooters, kiddie cars are not
permitted.
Golf carts are permitted for those reserving a site for one month or
longer. Proof of insurance and registration at the office is
required. Drivers must at least 25 years of age.
Motorcycles are only to be driven to and from your campsite.
For the safety of our littlest campers, the speed limit is 10 mph
near the Recreation Hall, beaches, and in the Village; and 15 mph
throughout the remainder of the campground.
Bicycles are to be kept out of campground buildings and parked in
bike racks.
Fires/Fireworks: Fires are restricted to the
campfire ring. Please thoroughly douse your fire with water before
turning in for the night.
Firewood is to be stored 12 inches off the ground.
No firearms or fireworks are permitted inside the campground.
Pets: HLP loves pets but for the safety and comfort
of all campers we have these rules.
Maximum of 2 pets per site.
Aggressive breeds are not permitted in the campground. Any pet that
bites or attacks is to be removed immediately from HLP.
All pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet in length when
outside the camper. Pets must be attended at all times even when
tied up.
Pet waste must be immediately picked up and disposed of properly.
Animals are not allowed on the beach, in buildings, or at campground
events.
Alcohol/Behavior: Alcohol should be consumed in
moderation.
Alcohol is prohibited in campground buildings and at beaches.
Drunkenness, profanity, fighting, indecent exposure of the person or
any other disorderly conduct is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted in any campground buildings.
The use of loud speakers, public address systems, or floodlights is
prohibited.
Radios, TV's, etc should not be heard on the next site.
Swimming & Boating: Swimming is permitted only at
designated beaches. For your safety, swimming is not permitted in
any other parts of the lake, off boats, or after dark.
Inner tubes and small inflatable toys are permitted in designated
swimming areas only.
Pets can swim in non-beach areas on our lakes.
Beverages in glass containers are prohibited on the beaches.
Gas motors are prohibited on Lake 1. A no wake policy (no motors
above 5 horsepower) is in place on all other lakes. No inflatable
dingy boats are allowed.
All campers 16 and under must wear a life jacket when boating.
Cancellation Policy (non-seasonal): Cancellations
within three days of arrival date are subject to an administrative
fee equal to one night’s stay. No refunds for holiday weekend
reservations.
You occupy your site under a revocable license. Management reserves
the right to revoke this license at any time for conduct which
management believes is harmful to the proper operation of the
campground.
